We've heard this many times before "You have got to stick to it if you want to reach your goals."

I know that many times just making the decision to stick to it has brought me the results I'm looking for

but there is the flip side...

There have been times when I stuck to the wrong thing and it cost me a lot of time and money.

Determination alone will not give you the results you are looking for.
