Your Subconscious Mind LOVES Adjectives!

This Week’s Reminder:

Mounting mind/brain research in the field of hypnotherapy has determined that the subconscious mind LOVES adjectives. Positive adjectives feel good.

Stronger emotions will always overcome weaker emotions. Make it your goal to develop stronger positive feelings about yourself and life.

I highly recommend you take your love, care and appreciation of you to an even higher level:

• EVERYDAY remind yourself to think about yourself and speak to yourself in GLOWING terms until this way of being with yourself becomes habit. Say great things about yourself, even if it feels uncomfortable or untrue initially. Over time the empowered good feelings will displace the more practiced negative feelings. Remember, the stronger feeling wins. It creates and shapes your reality.

This is why I sign my correspondence to you Fabulous Me to Fabulous You and refer to you as Totally Fabulous. It feels good to the subconscious and strengthens your self-image…if you ALLOW it.

Don't worry about lying to yourself or becoming arrogant or irresponsible. It is quite possible to lovingly acknowledge those aspects of your personality it is time for you to change. In my soon to be published book Waking Up Fabulous - Keys to Greater Freedom...Forever! I introduce an emotional scale that will be a great tool to help you lovingly address the difficult less applause-worthy side of your behavior. Recently I "caught" sight of a couple of my thoughts about a situation and I lovingly shook my head and acknowledged to myself that my thoughts were full of self-righteous arrogance. I didn't beat myself up for the thoughts. Rather, I applauded myself for finally seeing them clearly and I appreciated me for growing beyond needing to be right or better than someone else.

To lovingly acknowledge your "stuff" is a great way to move beyond it. It is one of the many keys to you waking up fabulous.

Below is a poem I wrote about your fabulousness. I encourage you to look at it with new eyes in light of the knowledge that the subconscious mind loves adjectives.

Memorize this poem and say it to yourself while driving or while putting on your make-up in the morning. Such acts are like singing happy birthday to your subconscious mind. Good empowering words delight the subconscious and make it purr, “She likes me. She likes me. She really, really likes me.” You can move any mountain in your life and accomplish any dream with a healthy higher self-image. Here's the poem:

I AM
(Fabulous by any other name is still YOU!)

I am amazing.
I am wonderful.
Girl…I’ve got it, going on.
I like me.
I’ve got Style,
Charm and Personality.
I am Awesome
Astonishing
Awe-inspiring
I am Marvelous,
Rattling
Superb and Terrific
Tremendous
Incredible
Wondrous and Significant
Remarkable, Phenomenal,
Unbelievable
And Astoundingly, undeniably

Totally Fabulous.

Have a great week!

Fabulous Me to FABULOUS YOU,
Tina
