Effective Dental Practice Systems - From Manuals to Teams

Subject: Effective Dental Practice Systems - From Manuals to Teams
kathyasted_200.jpg MyDentalChannel Expert: Kathy Asted of Asted Consulting

Creating an effective dental practice begins with the basics, which are often overlooked by busy dentists.

In this interesting interview we explore:

  • How to keep your manuals updated with the latest changes in Practice and Law to protect you.
  • How to understand your State Laws clearly to make sure you are compliant.
  • What you must do to provide your Team with the leeway to grow your Practice.

What You Will Learn

Kathy Asted shows you how proper procedures and documentation cannot only become the lifeblood of your practice, it's essential to helping your employees figure out what to do with their job, and how to do it.

The key that Kathy focuses on is your job descriptions, because they can't find out what to do unless you tell them. Simple, yet do you do this for your practice? And can you improve?
