Encourage, Inspire and Educate
Mentorship is the core of Mary Kay Ash's legacy. For me it is what drew me into the company. I have been so blessed by the experiences I have had just being in the community of MK consultants and the awesome leadership of Directors and NSDs.
Because of what I have recieved (and continue to receive) I decided to create a nonprofit foundation to celebrate the legacy of mentorship. Using tools from both private business and the nonprofit sector I combined my interests to create a foundation for the sole purpose of serving MK consultants. I was repeatedly impressed and touched by the stories I would hear from leaders in the company. I also have been deeply moved by the stories of women who have not reached career leadership, but have life leadership skills they are sharing with sister consultants.
I wanted to capture these beautiful stories to honor them and to pass them on to others who will certainly benefit by reading or hearing about them.
Through this process we can create pages that will encourage, inspire and educate for years to come.
