Chef Tina Jo teaches us this week the classic way of rolling grape leaves. Take the grape leaf and place shiny side down on a flat surface, add your filler onto the leaf close to the stem, while carefully rolling the leaf, begin folding the sides over and in, creating a clean, even and very presentable grape leaf for the next time your entertain raw.
