We have Found the survivors of the AISENSCHARF family, originally from Winnitza, Ukraine.

We were searching for any information concerning the AISENSCHARF or possibly AISENSCHAERF family. They originated in Winnitza, Ukraine and migrated to Dresden, Germany in 1908

An alternative spelling for the town would be Vinnytsya , or Vinnitsa Ukraine is located @ 49o14' 28o29', 122.7 miles SW of Kyyiv

The Nazis deported and murdered almost all of the family.

David AISENSCHARF born in 1879 in Winnitza married Feige DANK also born in Winitza in 1880.

It is possible that David had a brother Leyl, or Itzek

We believe that David and Feige AISENSCHARF had 2 children

A daughter Ita AISENSCHARF born 12 Jul 1904 in Winnitza. It was she who came to Dresden and married someone by the name of GUTMANN. She and her husband were murdered in Auschwitz. They had twins who survived and were adopted by someone in the USA. This part of the family has been found.

It is for them that we are trying to learn, whether any other part of the family survived.

A daughter Paula AISENSCHARF was born in Dresden, in or after 1908.

We believe Paula AISENSCHARF emigrated , but do not know where to.
